Catholic University law professor and Middle East policy expert Marshall J. Breger praised the forthcoming memoir, Live Another Day, by Holocaust survivor Michael Edelstein.

"Edelstein’s tale of his young life in Skala, his experiences under Nazi persecution and his subsequent immigration to America, where he became a real estate mogul, makes a compelling read," Breger commented.

"His insight—that it was the same ability that assisted his survival during the Shoah that contributed to his business success in America—is profound and is worthy of further empirical investigation amongst Holocaust survivors generally. All in all, the book makes a solid contribution to survivor literature," Breger wrote.

Breger reviewed an advance manuscript of the book, which is scheduled for publication next summer. Other reviewers who have commented on the book are Holocaust expert Michael Berenbaum and Yiddish author Miriam Schmulewitz Hoffman.
